Is blocking "dd.vinted.lt" a false positive?

"Ads & Trackers - Balanced" blocks “dd.vinted.lt.” This is a domain associated with Vinted, a secondhand marketplace. I can’t understand what this domain is used for simply searching on Google, but many times Vinted asks me to complete CAPTCHAs or similar tasks to prove I’m not a robot while using ControlD.

Hence my question: is this a false positive?
