modify filter option when certain domain is pinged

a feature that modify - all/certain default/custom (rules/folder)/filters options once a specific domain name is pinged, for specific amount of time

say it will be able to (block/bypass/redirect) when certain (domain(s)) is pinged, for (certain amount of time)

one implementation idea is by having the FOLDER rules, with new if-statement option - when DOMAIN is pinged -> turn the folder rule from BLOCK to BYPASS, for TIME (selected during setup of folder, or as long as certain domain name is still pinged)
