Hello,

Within the last hour all DNS resolution stopped working for local LAN clients under pfSense using the ctrld CLI daemon. Checking the network status page it appears the Chicago server is offline. For now it seems DNS resolution is working using 'yyz-h04'. I'm not sure where this is located as the naming convention is not intuitive, but the latency is not good. Do we know when Chicago will be back online?

As general feedback it would be good if the network status page for ControlD (https://controld.com/network) included more details such as a cross-reference of the server name shown in the user status page (https://controld.com/status), a legend/description of what the red/green and 'N/A' means when mousing over each regional server, and some sort of 'announcements' section to provide confirmation/details surrounding any ongoing outage(s). This kind of transparency goes a long way with customers especially business users.
