Feature Request: UI Update for Create Rule from Activity Log

Hi! I'm really liking the ability to look through logs and add a new rule by clicking on the +pencil edit button. The part I'd like to see different is when the "Create Rule" dialog box displays. I see the domain is filled in but it's not editable.

Current State:

Clicking on the edit button from the Activity Log displays a pop up with the domain filled in without the ability to edit the domain before saving.

Desired State:

Allow the domain to be editable when the "Create Rule" pop up displays from the activity log.

Example Use Case:

An example for this is if I have the default rule for a profile set to "block" and then want to slowly start allowing domains based on what I see in the activity log. Maybe for example, I start with docs.google.com. I want to allow all of the google domains based on seeing this entry. I click on the edit button in the activity log, the domain is filled in with docs.google.com but then I edit it to *.google.com.
