Additional Calendar/Time Display Format Options [Feature Request]

The activity log shows in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS but it would be great to add MM-DD-YYYY as a calendar display format option and HH:MM as time display format option

There also needs to be a 12hr Time Display format option instead of the current military/24hr Time Display format (that shows not only in the activity log but also in statistics)
