Res Toronto proxy down for a day

I want to report that the Res Toronto proxy node has been down for over a day.

Any "Service" set to redirect to the Res Toronto node is malfunctioning.
The DNS points to the expected value 206.253.91.143 (and other Control-D IPs), but the proxy does not work. The behavior in Chrome shows as ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED.
Status page (https://controld.com/status) shows the expected status.
No issue with redirections for any other proxy destinations.
Network page (https://controld.com/network) fails to report any downtime, which is making the troubleshooting more difficult for me.
Turning off the redirection (changing "redirect" to "bypass") resolves the issue.
OR
Changing the redirection destination to any other exits resolves the issue.

Proposal:

If there is an official status page showing real-time and reliable downtime status of proxy nodes, or implementing some sort of fallback options (if exit A is down, fall back to exit B), that would be great.
