I created a simple branded block page. All I did was add some text in the message field. I went to login to my business email webmail UI and got the branded page saying that I was blocked. I went and added a custom rule. I did a ipconfig /flushdns and tried to load the webpage again. I still have the custom blocked page. I made sure that ControlD was not showing it as still being blocked. It was not. I got so frustrated that I disabled the custom block page and only then was I finally able to get to the webmail login page.
