I used the app to configure ControlDNS yet when I do a nslookup on a domain that I could not reach on Win10 I see that it is using server 127.0.0.1 and the lookup times out. The IPv6 is disabled on this machine and IPV4 is set to use 127.0.0.1. Even after allowing the domain through the filter the NSLookup still times out! Brave Browser reaches the domain after I put a filer in place yet NSLookup times out. IPV4 setting shows it is using 127.0.0.1 and IPV6 is disabled on Win10.

I just purchased a premium subscription at a discount and I am just wondering whether that was a mistake. Having to determine whether it is Brave Browser, uBlock Origin or ControlDNS that is blocking access to websites is frustrating at times
