Regional or Language-specific Filters

Hello,

I'm making this post to request the addition of regional/language filters to the "Filters," similar to what Ublock Origin does with their built-in third-party lists. All the lists they used are linked below. However, I am aware that Ublock Origin is not DNS-level filtering and that not all these lists are in 'hosts' format and usable by Control-D.

The existing "third-party" lists in Control-D are of very high quality and serve general purposes very well. I agree there's no need to add more third-party lists for general / English use, as it could slow down resolution unnecessarily. However, it would be great for people in specific regions or language groups to selectively and easily switch on these regional/language-specific filter lists without having to manually updating them in the custom filters — well, if they are in hosts format and can be easily added by the Control-D team.

As an example, for Chinese regional/language-specific lists, I personally think this one is of the best quality: anti-AD, and it offersanti-ad-domains.txt for domain DNS-level filtering.
