Tradingview webiste doesnt load but nothing is blocked!

Hi I have a weird situation here where the app of Tradingview doesnt load when CD is enabled. When I pause it, it starts working. I dont have the issue when I login into in on a browser; issue is only with the app.

Activity log doesnt show anything blocked but still the app doesnt load. Can someone give a suggestion if I am missing something?

Windows 11, Tradingview app. Using CD on my GL iNet router.
