Could you provide more comprehensive details on the Free DNS service

Is it possible to include TIF/malware filters in the 3rd Party Filters? If they are not currently included, I would like to suggest their addition for enhanced security.
I am interested in knowing the specific filters that constitute the p2.freedns profile. Transparency through open-sourcing these filters would be highly appreciated.
What is the default blocking level for Malware and Ads in the p2 profile? Information on whether it is set to Strict, Balanced, or Relaxed by default would be very helpful.
