Add Tokopedia to Shop blocklist

Can you add *.tokopedia.net and *.tokopedia.com to Shop blocklist? There's only Shopee in the blocklist, and Tokopedia is popular too in Indonesia.

tokopedia.net is used to serve their assets, like images, CSS, JS, analytics. tokopedia.com is their website, but it serves some assets too.
