I'm following the instructions posted on https://feedback.controld.com/posts/1333/controld-dns-for-mikrotik

For the DOH URL, my logs keep showing: DoH server connection error: resolving error

I'm not sure what to do. If it was an SSL error, it would mention it (as far as I'm guessing/searching online).
