I would like to be able to change the background image of the branded custom block page.

also would be nice if we could have some pre selected icons to choose, instead of having to add by link or leave the controld icon.

My third request is regarding the block page not working in devices because of the lack of installation of the certificate. Isn't there a way to make it work without this? For example, the portal to login in WiFi works because the router forces it to load.
