Yesterday I paid for a 1 year subscription for $20 and realized that I need a more advanced subscription for $40. But I can't pay with the same credit card. The system displays an error. I would attach a screenshot of this form, but that is not possible. What should I do?

Can you cancel "Some Control" for me and give me a refund so I can subscribe to "Full Control"?
