Feature Request: Allow Child Profiles

Allow profiles that inherit from another profile, and anything set in the other profile overrides the first.

This is useful when you want to keep a base level of restrictions all the time, but disable some additional sites at certain times of the day.

If there is another good way to do this, I would be happy to know about it.
