I’m wondering if we might be able to have a feature which blocks NSFW fediverse instances? Obviously some mainstream instances don’t ban explicit material, but at the same time you’re very unlikely to find any explicit material on mastodon.books for example even if their rules don’t ban NSFW stuff. On Twitter, adult entertainment companies just share their videos there. Mastodon, being federated, I think encourages people to share this sort of content to specific NSFW instances - I guess a bit like Reddit.

It would be great if there was a blocklist managed by ControlD or a third party one which could block all Mastodon, Pixelfed etc instances designed for NSFW content.

Is this doable?
