Add more 3rd party blocklist

Hello,

It would be great if you add the option for more 3rd party blocklist, some likes 1Hosts (Xtra). You already have all another 1Hosts blocklist. But for some reason not the Xtra one. I know that, for some people it may be extremly aggressive but, for other people it can help a lot.
