Apple TV Profiles Not Working?

Recently swapped over to ControlD from NextDNS (sup reddit fam) - couldn't get NextDNS to work with my Apple TV previously, now I can't seem to get ControlD working either.

Have this setup on 3 other devices without issue thus far (Mac Mini / Macbook Pro / iPhone 13).

I'm running the latest Beta version of tvOS - could that possibly be the issue?

Profiles install for controlD, but don't ever seem to be active / cannot activate it. Just stays as inactive status despite restarting / flushing DNS + WiFi connection, etc.

Any insight would be appreciated.
