Option to disable all filtering at once

I'm having issues with a website and I'm not sure if Control D is the problem.

I have Control D configured in my Router.

I would like to easily disable all filtering to determine if Control D is causing the issue. without having to go into my router settings and change the DNS servers.

So, a disable button per profile would be good.
