Quick (temporary?) Profile switcher shortcut from macOS

I have a focus Profile that blocks lots of entertainment and news websites to get rid of distractions while working. But when I take a little break or a coffee, I want to be able to disable the filter for a short while. Right now, to do so, I go to controld.com, navigate to Devices, edit my current Device, set the Status to Soft Disabled. Then at the end of the break I do the same to set it back to Active. But if I forget, my productivity that afternoon might suffer, and I need more clicks for the process than I'd want to for something that happens multiple times on a daily basis.

Maybe I'm missing an easier way to quickly enable / disable the current schedule on my current device. I would love to have a little icon in my menu bar that allows me to temporarily switch to Soft Disabled for the duration of X minutes (15, 30, something like that).

I'm a developer so I could implement this myself if anyone can tell me which HTTP requests to send to which API in order to do this.

Now that I'm writing this, it'd probably be better to make a quick / temporary Profile switcher instead. Soft Disabled is not really what I want, I still want all my normal protection, just without blocking the entertainment things temporarily. So I'd have my focus Profile scheduled for my device from controld.com, and would like to switch to another profile quickly and temporarily from macOS for the duration of 15 or 30 minutes.

Curious to hear what others think!
