Unblock ≠ bypass

Make possible to simply unblock a domain, instead of bypass it.

Let's see - I have a default rule to redirect everything through a proxy. I'm using a blocklist and I want to unblock a domain and make it use the default rule (instead of bypass it/redirect it).
